Raymond Reading
Owner & Licensed General Contractor
Our owner, Raymond Reading, originally hails from Hawley, MN. After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Crookston, Raymond began his career working on land management projects for the federal government. Transitioning into the private sector as a real estate and land management professional, he focused his attention on residential home building and sales. In addition to founding both RCH Custom Home and RCH Home & Design, he also is an Associate Broker with Counselor Realty of Detroit Lakes. Raymond prides himself on being a home contractor who provides attentive customer service, professional management, and quality work.
Raymond takes the one stop shop to the next level. He makes sure you are taken care of 100% by making sure that all paper work and permits are pulled and filed properly before your project starts. Raymond’s experience allows you to relax and enjoy fun the process of building your DREAM HOME.

Raymond has assembled the RCH Custom Homes team with you in mind. This team is capable of handling everything from start to finish. We learn your vision, construct the building plans with your budget in mind, work with you to design every aspect of your home and we are there in the field making sure everything is going as planned.
Dillan Praske
Project Manager
Dillan and Raymond work together to make sure that all RCH projects are moving forward. They handle communication between subcontractors and the RCH team to ensure that each project meets high standards of quality.
Haley Reading
Design Manager & Cabinet Design
Haley is our designer who can help you choose all selections from your cabinet options to your last piece of artwork on your wall and everything in between. She can take your ideas and create customized designs that fit your preferences and budget. Haley is also a licensed Real Estate Agent.
Trevor Flanagin
Project Estimator
Trevor, with the help of our drafting team, will create your allowances and contract based on the plans you have generated. This will outline and inform you about the allowances you are eligible for, helping you achieve your desired outcome.
