When starting a project, you’ll meet with our drafting team to discuss your vision. They will create plans based on your ideas and their expertise. Once your plans are approved, we will proceed with the project.

Bidding

The bidding process begins once the approved plans are received. Our estimator gathers firm bids to correlate with your plans leading to an accurate budget. At RCH Custom Homes, we work together as a team to ensure that every decision is aligned with your vision. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and provide each step of the process in a timely manner.

Selections with Interior Design

Once you have signed the contract, we will schedule a meeting at our showroom to select your desired options. Unlike other companies, RCH Custom Homes offers a unique service by providing a One-Stop Shop experience in Detroit Lakes. Our main office works closely with RCH Home & Design, allowing us to showcase all the included features in your contract in one convenient location.

Decorating

We have the capabilities to help you build and furnish your perfect home. Whether you’re building a new house or giving your existing space a fresh look, we offer assistance with furniture, rugs, window treatments, and more. Our team is dedicated to making this process stress-free and enjoyable for you.
