Our History
RCH Custom Homes was founded by Raymond Reading, who originally hails from Hawley, MN. After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Crookston, Raymond began his career working on land management projects for the federal government. Transitioning into the private sector as a real estate and land management professional, he focused his attention on residential home building and sales.
In 2002, Raymond established RCH Custom Homes with a clear vision: to provide quality custom homes with attentive customer service, professional management, and exceptional craftsmanship. Over the past two decades, RCH Custom Homes has grown into a successful home building company while maintaining the personal touch and dedication to quality that define our work.
